Savannah Springs Apartments

I moved in four years ago and am completely happy with the exceptional living arrangement. The office Ladies are amazing, the maintenance is quick to respond to needs. I feel completely comfortable and safe at all hours of the day and night. Savannah Springs is all about keeping the property clean, up to date and safe for all their tenants. I appreciate all the staff here at Savannah Springs!

Savannah Springs Apartments is the new owners of Glen Ridge townhomes in East Ridge. Since moving in 4 years ago we have been through 3 other owners; and Savannah springs is absolutely the best ones we have had!!! If we have absolutely anything that needs fixed they are on it! It’s truly been a blessing to finally have someone who cares about their tenants! If I could give 1000 ⭐️🌟⭐️ I would with no hesitation! Thank you for everything y’all do! Just moved here and I am not exaggerating when I say this is the most at home I’ve ever felt. I was so nervous about having to move into another apartment because my last landlords were literally slumlords and didn’t care about anything. I love it here!! The neighbors are nice and it’s so quiet, plus there other kids that play around during the day which makes it feel safer going out to play with my 4 year old. I had one small issue and the maintenance guy came right the next day with a whole new appliance. Toni was so nice and made the whole process of moving a breeze!

I moved here in late December and have zero complaints!! The townhomes are energy efficient and very spacious. Maintenance (Clyde) keeps everything working properly and responds quickly. The property manager (Shandi) is very nice and she always answers any questions I may have. I think the difference is the new owner and it really shows how one person can make such a huge difference! They are upgrading the property and actually care about their tenants and staff! I have saved a lot of money living at Savannah Springs plus it's convenient to everything and very quiet. I'd recommend this place 100 times over!

We’ve lived her for 11 years and love it. The office manager and maintenance staff have always been wonderful to us. We love the spacious floor plan of the two bedroom townhouse and the many closets that are there. It’s centrally located and takes minutes to get to LFO and Walmart. I do wish there were more available parking spaces for guests but this is a small thing. I’ve always felt safe living here and coming and going at night. We’ve never had any issues. Any maintenance issues are always resolved the same day. I would recommend to anyone. I’ve seen many people come and go over the years, not even fulfilling their lease and I imagine that has a lot to do with some of these negative reviews.
