The Cove at 2950

During the hurricane my bedroom ceiling pipes burst. I requested maintenance 10/11 two days after because the office was closed the day after the hurricane. It is now 10/31 and the unit is still not fixed. We spoke with the property manager to negotiate terminating our lease early. He kept saying that the water damage on the ceiling was not due to the hurricane which is a complete LIE. We have NEVER experienced something like this before. We have been good tenants for 5 years. I informed the property manager that I work from home and it’s costing me money to miss from work due to having to get these problems fixed. He did not care. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend renting here.

Since being under new management, the pool has been inaccessible during any holiday or during summer, they tried to raise rent over 50% in one year, and they let anyone in with no regards to their criminal record. There are multiple drug deals weekly, poorly maintained lawn (and pool, as said above), no parking regulations, and landlords that only care about getting their money. Before the property switched management; they cared about their tenants, the building, bugs, and well-being, but since management change (2022), they don’t care about anything but the income.

very understand , patient, work well with customers . very fast approval . love it !
