The Courts at Fair Oaks Apartments

I have been a tenant here for approximately 90 days. In my experience, every interaction I've had with anyone working at this property has been nothing but positive. Elizabeth in the Leasing Office is especially responsive and helpful. The Maintenance Manager? took time to go over some concerns at move-in. He treated me with kindness and respect and did not make me feel silly for not knowing how something works. Additional office and maintenance staff have been courteous, efficient, and communicative. These things matter!

This is my first apartment, and I’ve had such a great experience at Fair Oaks Apartments! Chris, the property manager, is amazing, super easy to work with, responsive, and always makes sure everything is taken care of if you communicate any issue in time. I’ve also worked with Stephen, who is incredibly patient and communicates clearly, and the whole team always responds promptly to get things fixed. Maintenance is awesome too they’ll often come the same day if you’re available, or whenever it works best for you. Elizabeth, the CFO, is truly a blessing as well. The location is perfect, literally just 5 minutes from the mall, stores, and great food. I’ve loved my time here and would highly recommend Fair Oaks Apartments to anyone new to the area!

I had a really great experience while taking a tour of the fair oaks apartments complex. The leasing agent Tremaine was very helpful and informative, giving me all the information I needed concerning what the complex had to offer. She showed me all the amenities including the pool and the gym. The place was very clean and had a nice atmosphere. Tremaine made me feel comfortable about considering The Fair oaks apartments as the next place I call home. LOVE CFO! This is our 3rd renewal (that says something) & it was time for more space, I made 1 inquiry and by the next week we were moving it. Chris (property mgr) & Elizabeth (leasing consultant) made the switch SO easy, NO stress and I just couldn't be more happier. Moving is far from easy. We love the staff in the office & maintenance is fantastic. We couldn't be more appreciative!

We just moved into this beautiful apartment and the process was effortless with the help of leasing agent Ms.Elizabeth! Everything was thoroughly explained and the her apartment complex tour was amazing. She replies to phone calls and emails in a timely manner and answers questions clearly and concisely! I would recommend her and this complex to anyone!
