The Cottages

My husband and I really enjoy living here. You have the benefits of apartment style living while being in a home of your own. It is nice to not have to do lawn maintenance but the lawn crew seems to come early on Sunday mornings. The pool is great. We are there often. The dog park is a great size as well. Could use a dog waste station and some trees though. The website says there is an outdoor cooking area which we hope will be built soon. Would love to bbq! The gym could use some more equipment. It is very cardio focused. No cable machines or heavy weights available. I wish there were garages available for rent in this first phase of building since it is very hot here. Even when they are built it would not make sense for first phase residents to rent one to park their cars since it would
