The Cottages at Daytona Beach

This is a review long over due! When we first applied we were looked at as equals and not just a couple of kids trying to find a home. Skyler was absolutely amazing with helping make sure we qualified and got settled into our home. I highly recommend this place! The price is great including utilities. It’s peaceful and the lighting is fantastic through the windows! The maintenance team is quick and efficient with their work and are the most friendly I’ve ever experienced! There are also delicious food trucks that come just about each week with great prices!

My husband and I signed a lease at the cottages last September “22” we loved this unique layout and overall the property was beautiful. The first thing we noticed when we moved into the unit was the toilet had urine in it and the microwave was dirty. We did not complain just cleaned it to move on. Next there was ant problem- our 3yr was bit so much he had to get 2 steroid shots. This would be an ongoing issue with management telling us they use OrthoDefense in their home and “this used to be a cow pasture, what do we expect”? We expect Better Nicole and staff. Then construction came to repair holes/cracks didn’t come, then came and complained and we had to beg them to help reluctantly they finally did. It lasted for awhile but the ants have come back over and over this whole time. Pest co

I love living here.The gym is very clean & well kept.The pool is a beautiful spa pool...always immaculate... with 2 grillng areas.My apt was in perfect condition when I moved in.The front office ladies are professional and respectful to everyone that I've sesn.The maintenance team is knowledgeable and trustworthy..The interior of the leasing area has beautiful bathrooms,..a game/tv area,and a computer station.. I feel safe here at nite..The entire area is very well lit .My garage is clean and large. There is even a team to pick up ur garbage bags in the evening. What's not to like?!

Fantastic office and maintenance staff. Very helpful and ready to go at a moments notice for whatever you need help with. Very flexible and nice. Amazing amenities and the apartment is perfect.
