I recently visited The Cooper Luxury Apartments, where my friend used to stay, and I was really impressed by the overall experience especially the views. My friend lived on the 20th floor, and the river view from the apartment was absolutely beautiful. At night, the city lights reflecting on the river created a calm and premium feel that truly captures the charm of downtown Chicago. The apartment itself felt modern, spacious, and well designed, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light during the day. From the higher floors, you can clearly enjoy sweeping views of the river, nearby buildings, and the city skyline, which makes it a great place for anyone who enjoys urban living with scenic surroundings. I’ve loved my first month at The Cooper. Move-in was a breeze compared to my past experiences. The staff were very helpful, especially considering that I had to tour and sign my lease virtually. My apartment is just what I was looking for, and the building amenities are fantastic. 1-year update: this building is perfect for anyone who works downtown and wants good views. Special thanks to Alex, Elsi and Yensi for helping me every time I had a question or special request!

Been to many buildings, but this one is the best downtown. They community is friendly and management is responsive. They also throw killer party's. The amenities offer a great variety from a salon room to a craft and music room. The management is quick to fix any issues. Best place to live.

TERRIBLE Management. I scheduled tours based on my availability (about 3) a week in advanced then I found the perfect time and asked for my tour to be rescheduled to that one date, and asked for all previous tours to be cancelled. The day before the tour, I got a message that my tour was canceled and they had nothing for me to tour until the following week. I called in and explained and they said that it was already taken and I can't book for that date. I also live in the area and they couldn't even accommodate me. Terrible management.

As a 1 year resident, I was thrilled to renew my lease! The friendly, helpful, supportive staff make the resident experience TOP TIER! Shout out to Jade, Amy, Ilsa, Efanyi, the incredible maintenance crew, and fellow neighbors. I’d certainly suggest The Cooper to anyone looking for luxury living with a 1st class residential experience!!!
