I'm giving 5 stars because of Amelia,I've lived here almost 5 years and because of her stuff is getting done,,,not only does she care about the property she cares about the residents,she goes above and beyond we have had 3 different property managers since I've been here and the only one I knew was Mrs.Deborah the other 2 couldnt.tell u there names,Amelia is on POINT and gets it done,,,I'm so happy with her she works very hard and is a dedicated worker...You guess are very lucky to have her in the office...

If I can give them a zero star I would . You literally only paying for the space . Mice and roach infestation. Most of the neighbors are used to the problem that they don’t care to call pest control to spray the building . I called numerous times to get the build sprayed no out come . I have mold in my main bedroom. Everytime it rains the roof so weak it causes a whole in my ceiling and the rain leaks through . They don’t fix maintenance requests . They don’t clean the building dead roach still in the hallway for over 4 months now . They only care about getting a rent check . Sick of this place . I gotta be my own exterminator even tho pest control in my lease agree .

I love my new apartment. I had a few issues but they were taken care of fast and promptly. The new design they have is awesome!! My kitchen is nice with the black and white theme. I needed to move quick and fast but didn't want to move just anywhere. It's quite and clean. The staff is the bomb!! Deb Chris Staci and Gretchen!! Maintenance is on point and quick. Thank you for making my move in fabulous!! I also live that the complex is connected to another one so I have dual access to the pools and 🏋️‍♀️!! I say I picked the right place!! Thank you !!

The Connect Apartment Homes is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at. I do not recommend living here. On my move in day, my apartment was very unclean, the door knob was missing and wasn't move in ready. The staff asked me if I could wait a few days. I drove to Indianapolis from 4 hours away with all my belongings and didn't have anywhere to go. I had to stay in the model apartment for 3 days. This was very stressful as I started a new job the next day. I didn't receive the key to my mailbox for 3 weeks after moving in. I have never been able to reach the staff via phone. I have left voicemails with my name and phone number to reach me back and never heard back from the staff. The shared laundry room is filthy. The washing machine floods the room every time you use it. The d

I've been living here for 6 years now. The only complaint I might have is that maintenance is a little slow but much better now than it used to be. This complex is very large, so it's understandable. The staff is extremely easy to talk with and get along with. I have no complaints and look forward to signing another lease at the end of April. If you're looking for an up and coming complex to live in. The Connect Apartments are a great spot. Many amenities.
