The Colony

What made me first decide to move to this apartment complex was the fact that it was in a good area, updated, I liked the walking paths/outdoor scenery, and also management was friendly. However, I have been highly disappointed with my experience thus far. For the past month it has been a battle to get hot water in my apartment, which should be a basic necessity without question. I have put in numerous work orders, just for them to keep trying to replace small parts on my water heater that don’t even work (or work for a day or two) and I am left with cold water. It is very upsetting and frustrating for me to have to work a 12-14 hour shift and come home and not even be able to take a hot shower after a long days work. I personally really liked the apartments, really cool safety features and you can tell that it’s good quality living. Sabryna Valenzuela was really great and went out of her way to accommodate to us, we really appreciate her and her hard work.

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Colony. The community itself is clean, quiet, and Erin & Sabrina in the office are always so helpful and friendly. The units themselves are great but i really think one of my favorite features is actually the dog park 😂. I love having somewhere close for my pup to burn off energy and socialize. Overall, a solid place to call home for a little while.

Everyone of whom I have encountered are very nice, pleasant and professional. They have positive attitudes, very knowledgeable, and very helpful with whatever is asked of them. This includes the office personnel as well as the maintenance crew.. Living at The Colony is as much as anyone could ask for. Hats off the the staff and management!!!

Living at the Colony for 6 has been such a great experience. I love my neighbors in the community. The office staff is so friendly and very helpful. The maintenance staff is also very responsive and quick with anything we need.
