The Collier Sugar Hill Apartments

I took a tour of this property a few weeks ago and was outstandingly impressed with not only the unit and the amenities, but also the excellence and professionalism demonstrated by the team. Jennifer did an amazing job showing the unique value of these apartments, even down to the soft-closing drawers. Promises and dates were clearly set, and Jennifer demonstrated diligence and care in her follow through calls. I would wholeheartedly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great new apartment in a developing community, with an excellent management team.

I toured today with Jennifer and she was so patient and lovely to chat with. She made the experience 11/10 and took the time to show us 4-5 floor plans that went way past the closing time. Her dedication and commitment is what made this place stick out from the rest. We are looking forward to moving here.

management seems to lack the competence to meet residents with courtesy and grace. being in a safe space, especially your home/apartment should be of utmost priority for anyone. that is the bare minimum. i hope in the future they take the opportunity to apologize to necessary tenants and restore the feeling of safety in these apartments.

The experience has been excellent, especially due to the attention Jennifer has given throughout the entire application process. I’m really enjoying it and have no complaints so far. The apartments are amazing. Edit: After 4 months living here: I had an issue in the past that was later handled with great professionalism and understanding by the management team. They took the time to review my situation carefully and resolved everything fairly. I really appreciate how they listened, communicated clearly, and made sure things ended on a positive note. Thank you to The Collier team for the way you handled it.

I came in to help a friend with translation and I really loved the place. I met Ms Jennifer on leasing office, beatiful human being from inside and outside. Super kind and smart. Definitely looking for my friend best interests. Swing by and you might end up getting a new apartment for yourself. They have some features that would really blow your mind.
