Haley was absolutely amazing to work with for my first home purchase. The entire transaction process went so smoothly and I was able to close in under 30 days. I chose Haley specifically because of the great work she did for my parents and agent Melissa Brake on previous transactions and she will be my go to on any future transactions.

I've been closing transactions with Cassandra for 6 years -- Her service is second to none! I don't know how she does it... but she delivers every time, and not once has she ever dropped the ball.

Not a great experience. First, and maybe out of their control, the lender required last minute repairs that were not on the original agreement. It appeared that last minute multiple delays could have been avoided had the closing documents been reviewed in a timely manner. Second, check your documents closely. The Closing Agency or its attorney had incorrect information on the closing documents. We waited quite a while for the closing agent to bring documents and then felt rushed during signing.

My favorite place to close real estate transactions. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, plus a chic boutique atmosphere makes every closing a memorable celebration. Thank you The Closing Agency!

My absolute FAVORITE place to close on a house at!! The people (especially Cassandra 💗) are so sweet and caring. They also have the best snacks and are so generous in all they do!
