I pay monthly for a reserved parking spot, yet management does not enforce parking at all. Someone parked in my clearly marked reserved space, and there was no immediate support, no enforcement, and no accountability. What is the point of paying a premium for reserved parking if anyone can just take your spot with zero consequences? To make matters worse: • No one answers the phone • Emails go unanswered • The only way to get help is to physically go to the office, which is unacceptable After returning from a long trip, this is the last thing anyone should have to deal with — especially for an amenity they are actively paying for. Writing this review because I cannot seem to get a response about this from Management. You'll see a lot of reviews about the noise in these apartments and they are 100% true. It is mainly due to the construction of these units. Every negative review is true, from cleanliness, to noise, to "luxury", to parking, etc. I've attached photos of clear structural and foundational issues in my apartment. The pressure of the faulty structure has caused my metal front door to bend. It got to the point where I could not even lock my front door. There are structural cracks above almost every doorway in my apartment, which I have listed in these photos. My bathroom and bedroom door won't close. I am pleased with my experience. The location is perfect - great access to all parts of metro Atlanta I frequent. Also, I’ve attended a couple of community events and they have been very nice. Lastly, I am pleased with the new property management group. They are starting to crack down on certain issues, namely people parking in Reserved spots they did not pay for and pet owners who do not clean up after their pets.

Today I celebrate the opportunity to start my new home, super happy and grateful for Michelle's kindness and attention. She is a very nice person and will answer any of your questions.

Property staff is amazing. The new leasing agent Michelle and Jordan greeted me with a smile and they were very accommodating and answered all my questions. P.M. Cayla came out and introduced herself as well. Property definitely has a create supporting cast.
