The Clara Apartments

I wanted to take a moment to highlight how wonderful the front office staff at The Clara is. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm smile and a friendly face. I stopped by to learn more about the property, and Jasmine was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all of my questions with ease. She was so welcoming—it was such a refreshing experience to visit a leasing office and feel genuinely appreciated. The property and its amenities are truly impressive, and I especially loved the beautiful lake. What a special place! Thank you, Jasmine, for your time and hospitality.

My husband, Wes, and I have been living at The Clara for 2+ years. Management has moved on, changed ant times. Our current team: Trevor, Jasmine, and Lucas are exceptional. Consistently (so important) they have evidenced: Rapid response time Effective problem solving Professional, approachable communication styles AND Just being really nice people 😊 We are planning a big move to Maine next year, but in the meantime, we will continue enjoying the lake (stocked with fish to catch), YEAR ROUND heated swimming pool and hot tub, and all the other superior amenities The Clara offers. We’ve been at the Clara for about a month now and have been loving it! They have great amenities for all ages, and are extremely responsive if you have any concerns or issues. We had a small issue with out valet trash that was resolved the next day by the office staff, and we are so appreciative of their quick and responsive care.

We absolutely love living here! The staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions. Living on a lake literally speaks for itself not to mention you can borrow paddle boards and kayaks from the front office (they are free as long as you live here). Then the other added amenities are just a bonus, raised garden beds, ping pong tables and gas grills, a patio area near the lake with heat lamps for winter and fans for summer, a heated pool opened year around, a hot tub and a gym overlooking the pool and the lake. The best part is maintenance is ALWAYS on top of EVERYTHING! From shoveling snow to putting filters in the AC units and everything in between. Bobby and his crew are spectacular and super willing to go above and beyond for the residents.

My roommate and I love living here! Savannah and Jasmine were extremely helpful throughout the entire moving process, and the only small problem with the unit was resolved by maintenance in just one day. The complex itself is very quiet and has so many great amenities.
