When I first moved in things were a bit dodgy which is why I give only 4 starts, but after the new manager started this summer it’s been nothing but good experiences! I just renewed my lease for another 12 months!

This place is not worth your time or money. They fix everything as cheap as possible or not at all. Since this new company took over, there phone numbers don't work. They don't fix or even respond to your maintenance request. There's a cockroach & mold problem. Our mail box keeps getting broken into. Homeless sleep in the laundry rooms and there is constant trash all over the place. Strangers hop the fence to swim in the pool. The laundry rooms are from 1970 and don't work majority of the time & you don't get your money reimbursed. The manager is NEVER HERE nor answers the phone. I mean the list goes on people. But they are quick to tag your cars, complain you can't have anything on your balconies and there grace period is only 3 days. Oh and they only do month to month lease! This place i

(Resident of 10+ Years, 2 Bedroom) The very definition of Slumlord Apartments. During the hot summer months the only AC is a wall unit in the living room that ONLY cools that single room. It does not cool the bedroom(s), kitchen, or hallway. The apartment (2nd floor) was constantly 95*+ during the day, and with my fans running 24/7 it occasionally cooled to 85* at night. The light fixtures inside do not provide sufficient lighting to what I prefer (including ZERO light fixtures in the living room). The bathroom does not receive ventilation to dry between showers/baths. A single, small window serves as the only ventilation, so the walls were constantly wet/dripping with condensation. Even with a weekly cleaning of bleach, mildew was constantly present. Kitchen has next to zero counter space

Manager is very friendly and kind. Always calm and quiet. Very fast maintenance service, my ac had went out and when i called they came in 10 minutes. Happy to be there.
