The Charlie Mar Vista

I initially chose this apartment because of the 5-star reviews on Google. I have lived here for about a month, and overall, this is a good apartment. It’s very new, and the amenities are great. However, I think there are some areas that could be improved. **Pros:** The apartment is new and nice, with wonderful amenities. It’s in a great location with a nice neighborhood. The neighbors are generally very nice and friendly. The leasing office professional, Taimy, is also very friendly and gives great tours. **Cons:** The maintenance could be better. It takes a few days to get things fixed (the person who came in to fix things in my apartment is very nice though). My apartment keypad has an issue where it doesn’t sense my key, so I’ve had problems getting into my apartment, especially after

One of my favorite places I’ve lived. Zac is very friendly and always has a treat ready for my dog Roxy. She was a bit hesitant at first but now she always pulls me to the front desk eagerly awaiting a savory morsel of food. Emmanuel also is kind and helped me navigate the move the first few weeks I was here. He’s a great host as well for the events the complex hosts. The Charlie is very quaint and most of the neighbors are friendly. The roof deck is a vibe and I love the co-working space. It’s mostly a place for young professionals and professionals alike. Maintenance is always quick to respond and the apt is very quiet at night. You can’t beat the location as well. There’s endless coffee shops, restaurants and fitness studios in the area you can walk to. Parking has never been an issu

I had such a great experience with The Charlie team. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to help me find the right unit and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Emmanuel and Zac in particular were incredibly supportive, patient, and detail-oriented, answering every question and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. It’s rare to find this level of care and professionalism, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

I recently moved into The Charlie, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far! The building is modern, quiet, and well-maintained, with brand-new amenities that make living here even more enjoyable. The neighborhood is also very safe, quite, and welcoming, and the location is fantastic—within walking distance to coffee shops, a bank, CVS, and grocery stores. A special shoutout to the leasing office team—probably one of the best management teams I’ve ever worked with!
