The staff has been amazing with communication and onboarding. I can’t say enough about the property manager, Toye who assisted and was able to better understand my needs and went above and beyond expectations. I look forward to being a tenant here for a very long time and appreciate everything.

Living here was great good school location 20minutes from the airport, restaurants and shopping!! I hated I had to relocate due to personal issues. Management is great Karla is very helpful and kind, any and all maintenance requests was handled in timely manner, the pool and parking lots are always clean those are the Pros. As far as cons, there may have been a roach problem before. When I moved in there were a few dead and I maybe came across 8 living the first month after that I had no issue with roaches in my unit it seems they are on top of the issue. My unit didn’t have stainless steel appliances like I was told it would but the black was ok and clean…I would definitely recommend The Chandler while under this management.

I am very happy to have rented in Chandler, the application process was very fast and I want to thank Karla for taking the time to help me, even when I didn't understand something she explained it to me. My apartment is very nice and the customer service was excellent!

I’m so disappointed in these apartments! After having pipes bursts in our apartment during the snow storm and the apartment manager Rosemary “forgetting” to submit our rental assistance app. We then encountered rats and a leak in one of our bathrooms. We could hear rats in the wall. They said they fixed the problem then three more rats were found! Our food was eaten through both in our cabinet and on top of our fridge then we were evicted for not paying rent due to the rodent problem not being taken care of. Now Tenants have explained to us during our move that the manager Rosemary is telling them our situation which is highly unprofessional. We have been looking for a new place for two weeks and Rosemary will not provide our rental history for us to be able to move into a nice place. This
