RUN RUN RUN ‼️‼️ All MILITARY PERSONNEL ‼️‼️MOVE ON POST OR SOMEWHERE ELSE DONT MOVE HERE ! This complex is a rip off, they charge you for all amenities that don’t even work . I was told multiple times that the pool would be up and running but almost a year later & it’s still down . You will be paying for a 24/7 Gym but everything inside is broken . The maintenance guys never fix anything they just want to plunder through your apartment. The office staff have a disgusting attitude when it comes to small needs as if you’re bothering them. They will add charges to your rent every month and rub lies in your face like they don’t know where they came from. The valet trash people will leave your trash and grab it whenever they feel even know you are being charged 25$ monthly ! The mailbox doors

Where do I start. There was a flood in my apartment nov 2024, coming from the apartment upstairs. They tried to stop the water coming through into my apartment, but the leak never stopped completely and apartment got more damaged every day. The first day they looked at apartment was dec 2nd and maintenance said it was unlivable. The property manager at the time, Savannah said it was livable, I would just have to walk around the water. Which was in the middle of my living room and onto the kitchen counters which affect the sink therefore hindering my kitchen sink. The property manager at the time said they didn’t have any classic apartments to move me into. If I moved to a renovated apartment they wanted to charge me $300 per month more. New owners.Not spending any money on maintenance.full of trash.Not a clean environment anymore.For the price we pay we can have better home and better service.The roof is leaking into my ceiling.Nothing is done.13 days without A/C.Not willing to spend money on parts or new unit.Mechanics fixing cars all iber the lot.Pool parties till after midnight.Dumpster os out of service most of the time.Vallet trash mostly missing.Residents throw garbage all over.It really getting bad here.I am not renewing the lease.It’s really junk.Termites in the structure.We are having issues since Helen’s and poor maintenance to nothing has been accomplished..Is it the management or the owners of this complex !!!Be careful with their lease contract.Fine prints will screw you .Current management is annoying .They

They make everything easy and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The community is beautiful and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is always positive. Highly recommend The Carlyle at Godley Station if you're looking for a place where the staff truly cares about the residents!

The truth is that I am completely grateful to Miss Aymara Iglesias, the truth is that she helped me a lot with my journey, she is a very kind person, she answered all my questions without any problem and was always aware of everything I asked!! The apartments look very nice!!
