The Carlyle Apartments

I cannot not say enough positive things about The Carlyle. I am going on my fourth year living at The Carlyle and the staff are wonderful. They are always right there if you need them and the maintenance staff is truly amazing. The lawn is kept in perfect condtion even in the winter! I would recommend the Carlyle without hesitation. I am thankful they are so kind and considerate of eveyone.

Do not move here, find a safe place for your babies and family. I have a 2 year old and have lived at this complex for about 8 months with no problems, we have a downstairs neighbor who has done nothing but threaten us and even pull weapons on us. I fear for my life and my son’s life. I fear that I cannot walk outside on my front porch,. That is not okay! I’ve made several police reports and the police have even said they know the individual is lying. The management here has done nothing and even let 3 people and 1 child live in a SINGLE one bedroom apartment, and they are also okay with them continuing to breed dogs and keep them here at the apartments. Pool is in major disrepair. Missing tiles,none of the ladders work correctly and are pretty dangerous. Algae ploom at the bottom of the pool has been here for weeks. Refuse to clean.Pot holes around the pool deck area. Overall pretty disappointing.

During the recent Broken Arrow event, The Carlyle, ran incredibly smooth — and a lot of that credit goes to the way the property was secured. Miklos Towing was on-site making sure the property stayed clear of unauthorized vehicles and that no one from the public parked in resident spaces. They handled things professionally, without disrupting the vibe of the event. Cesar’s Guardians Security also had both entrances covered, keeping everything under control and helping guests feel safe. Their presence was solid — calm, alert, and effective. It’s clear The Carlyle takes resident safety and property protection seriously, even during big community events. Definitely one of the best-run events I’ve seen at an apartment complex.
