The Carlton House Apartments

It’s been nothing but problems. Landlords are not taking care of basic renters needs like pest control , minor and major maintenance. Many apartment unit at this location are infested with bedbugs. Management refused to take care of the issue because during that period rent was late . Even though we lived here for years. When it comes to maintenance . Our A/C was out, contacted the new landlords. Basically was told that this better not be a waste of time and money. This is been going on for years. This is extremely unprofessional. We pay rent to live in a clean and safe environment. It’s a shame this is going on , because their are of a lot of elderly people who live here .
