I moved to The Canopy in May of 2022. Moved out February 2026. The buildings and apartments themselves are fine. It's somewhat new construction, so it hasn't completely fallen apart yet. Every fixture and appliance is cheap. One of my neighbors smoked so much weed that the staff could smell it in the demo unit (located in my building) so the staff sent harassing letters to everyone in the building threatening eviction. They eventually evicted those neighbors. The parking situation is honestly unforgivably bad. If you do not pay for a parking space you'll have a 3-4 minute walk to your home from wherever you park when you get home from work. All guests must park in one designated area in a far corner of the parking lot and The Canopy employs eager towing companies that can and will tow a

I wanted to share my experience after living here for the first month. Within the first two days of moving in, we had issues with the toilet, which was frustrating right from the start. Then, within the first month, the dryer stopped working properly. The sensor does not function correctly, and clothes come out soaking wet because the machine does not dry as it should. The staff has been friendly and polite, which I appreciate. However, the condition of the plumbing and appliances should be better. Basic systems like toilets and washer should be fully functional and properly maintained. There is definitely room for improvement in maintenance and overall quality control.

Been at Canopy for the past 2 years & in all honesty it’s a very quiet & peaceful place, but the management is awful. I cleaned up the place so well & they still managed to find a way to charge me at the end of my lease. For the last month my code to let people in didn’t work & they had to wait for others to enter. I saw them fixing this on the day I fully moved out, but no email was sent to notify me. Let me not even get into the ant infestation over summer, which was crazy. They sent pest control once in my first year & I had to request for it my second year. Things like this, would be a good cause for compensation at the end of your lease, but they’re charging me for a backdated water bill, even though I always paid my rent a month in advance. They collected $250 application fee + $99 w

I am no longer living here but decided to do a review when one of my co workers in law enforcement told me they were interested in moving here. Overall when I lived there I did not have any issues besides the parking, for the rent to be the price that it is you would expect better parking for the tenants and their guest which is why I purchased a garage which still was bad when you constantly had other guest parking in front of your garage. Also ONCE ITS TIME TO MOVE OUT expect a notice for a balance regardless of your apartment is clean. They said they do the move out walk through with you even with setting an appointment and that’s a lie. They ended up sending one of the maintenance guys and he had no answer to any of my questions. They charged me a fee for replacing the carpet and state
