The Canopy Apartments in Sacramento

I have been here over 15 years, and I have to say that its much better now with the new owners and management. The grounds are clean and our manager Angela always is super helpful and she is a very good listener who seems to care about her tenants. To me that goes a long way. Prior to these owners it was very sketchy here, but its quite livable now. Maintenance has always been good for me. If something needed fixed, its taken care of promptly. The quality of tenants has greatly improved as well. I have never had a break in or had any damage to my property. All in all its good here.

Watch out they denie u if your credit score is low have u pay for application and talk good to you to your face then turn around and denie u so people be careful of these apartments

Living at Canopy Apartments was a great experience, for me, overall, thanks to the quiet environment and exceptional management! Overall, I really enjoyed my time there, but eventually needed a bigger space. What I loved about living at Canopy: -Responsive Management: Angela and her team are always on top of things, handling issues quickly and professionally. They really care about the residents and it shows. I only had two issues throughout the time I lived there, and both issues were resolved promptly and with professionalism. -Peaceful Atmosphere: The apartment itself was incredibly quiet, which made it a peaceful place to come home to every day. -Delightful Neighbors: I became friends with two of my neighbors and we ended up hosting dinners for each other. Has roaches and bedbugs in front buildings, gate always breaks,people always hanging out and being loud, people who don't live here hang out in the back and party and look inside your cars. Barely ever any parking,washer and dryers suck really bad,apartments have mold,cracks, and really out dated. Not worth living here plus owners are going broke. When appliance breaks they just give you another from empty apartments so they don't have to replace it with a new one. On the bright side most people her are nice that lie in the back. If you smoke live in the front because it smells like cigarettes up there all day. LEASE SAYS NO SMOKING NOT EVEN OUTSIDE. Whatever so happy when lease is up to move .

HORRIBLE!! we got approved and paid a holding fee and on the same day as our move in date we were told that that unit could no longer be rented out because of “major plumbing issues” so major they couldn’t give us a date of when it will be resolved—- but “conveniently” they had a different more expensive unit available on the same move in date they tried getting us to rent. She claimed she called us ahead of time to inform us, no messages were left no voice mail, no emails and she only tried reaching us ONCE! I paid a holding fee and waited for my apartment only to be told I couldn’t rent it out oh and they wouldn’t give us our money back. Don’t rent here—unless you don’t care about having to wait for nothing or having “major plumbing issues”
