Great staff! The leasing manager is very friendly! Apartments have great size bedrooms , very close to campus and pretty quiet community. I also love that we have a 24/7 courtesy officer !! Maintenance is also very quick to get anything taken care of. Over all a gray experience!

I've lived here for almost a month now and it's been great! Bryanna Soliz has been a huge help from touring to leasing and all the questions in between. For the apartment itself, it is exceptional. All modern appliances and finishes, tall ceilings, new washer and dryer, big bedrooms and bathrooms, and big windows. And on top of all of that, the apartments are in a great location for students. They are also very pet friendly, and even had a "Pet Appreciation Day" the other week, in which they had toys and treats for their residents. Overall my experience this far has been amazing and I'm loving my new home!

I’ve lived here for about 2 months and can honestly say this is the best experience I’ve had by far! Everyone here is very friendly! Bryanna at the front desk has been so helpful with everything I’ve needed! The 24/7 courtesy officer and maintenance crew are amazing and get things done so quickly!! The apartment itself is just perfect!! They put up flyers to let us know about upcoming events with the apartment as well as in the community!! I absolutely love it here!!

Moving to The Campbell has been a great experience. Victoria was exceptional—she handled the leasing process with professionalism and made everything easy to understand. Her responsiveness, and friendly demeanor made the entire process seamless and stress-free. The maintenance team has been equally impressive. They address any issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring that everything is in perfect working order. It's reassuring to know that any concerns are taken care of quickly. Overall, living at The Campbell has been a great experience. The community is welcoming, the facilities are top-notch, and the location is convenient. I'm really happy with my decision to move here and would highly recommend The Campbell to anyone looking for a new home.

First person that moved into the apartment's! Very high quality and a ton of support when I was moving in! This was my first time moving into an apartment complex and I was helped every step of the way! Victoria was the person who helped me and is an amazing person and very nice! I also love how its in walking distance of the UCO college which is very convenient as a student! I live in a one bedroom apartment and honestly love the space and area! 10/10 would recommend!
