The Burlington Apartments

Please pay me! Don't ignore me!I need paid over $1900going back to March 2025. I will remove this when paid. Other wise if you're a vendor. Don't expect to get paid.

This is a great location, but DO NOT RENT HERE. Save your time and money. The previous property manager 2 years ago was amazing. Now the building is just getting more and more run down and management is terrible / unresponsive. Furthermore they will do anything to keep your deposit.

While this building is in a great location and very attractive from the outside, building management (Millennia Housing Management) makes it a very difficult place to live. Management does not respond to repair requests (I have gone 11 months without a functioning HVAC unit, as have other tenants), ignores tenants and doesn't respond to messages/calls, and the building is beginning to show major wear and tear in public areas and in units. There are MUCH nicer places to live in Burlington for comparable prices - avoid The Burlington.

The only reason for 2 stars is because of the location. Do not plan on getting your deposit back no matter how well you keep your apartment up. There is another apartment right up the road I would recommend over the Burlington apartments! They also have had a lot of management problems.

Great location , secure building friendly atmosphere. Parking can be an issue but its downtown so its to be expected . Would recommend.
