Newbury Village

Property manager lies, treats other tenants differently than others, they don’t make repairs, and even after you notify the city and have a founded case. They still violate your rights. 9/10 would not recommend these places to anyone. Someone tried to break in our house, and even after telling them we had a window that didn’t lock on the ground level, they still took months to fix it and only after the city got involved. They had us sign off saying the work was done, and they didn’t have the back screen door fixed and still a window upstairs was never fixed.

Not sure what's with the negative comments because I've had nothing but great experiences with the woman in the office. She has always been extremely helpful, respectful, and kind. This is a nice, quiet circle. I love the big kitchen; I can't believe the size for a townhouse! I like the flooring in there, too. More cool features are the back deck and deep bay windows. And it's located near quite a bit of shopping.

Amazing place to live! It's affordable and the landlord is so friendly. Just starting out on our feet, this is me and my husbands first apartment and we are so happy to be here. The lawns are always cut fresh, theres plenty of parking and its always litter free. Theres an exercise room in the office that's so convenient, a park in the middle for kiddos. The neighbors are so nice, the neighborhood over all is actually. Me and my husband have become great friends with the landlord, maintenance and all our fellow neighbors. I can't recommend Newbury enough

I have lived here almost 2 years, love the location can walk to two grocery stores, Newbury cuts the grass, clears the snow driveways and each doorway. They change the air filters quarterly and change the batteries in the smoke detectors. If something breaks they fix it ( if it serious same day if minor maybe 2 days but always soon ) Tracey and Tim are easy to work with and get along with. Tim offered me a ride when my car was in the shop and Tracy easy to reach if you have any problem. My favorite is the check quarterly to make sure everything in your apartment works and is clean ( that's when they replace filters and batteries.) No pets and no smoking it's a good thing .

Was on the phone with a rude lady, I called twice accidentally meaning to call another apartment complex after calling that one. Definitely not dealing with rude office workers the entire time I rent, that never ends up good. If you rather not be talked to like your trash I would definitely find another place to rent.
