Would give 0 stars if possible. Rent is expensive. Dryers barely work, and cost $1.50 for a cycle. You have to do at least 2 cycles to get your clothes close to being dry. We paid for the whole month of September rent, moved out in the middle of the month, and they had it rented out before the first of October. Lost out on our deposit from not being able to give a 30 day notice due to a holiday weekend. Do not recommend
The Apartments are Nice but too Small for the price you pay monthly..and No garage!!!😠 Iowa City has Bigger Apartments with Garage's and its $300 CHEAPER!!!
Great Place to Live. Property Manager is quick and responsive on all issues. I would recommend this place to everyone who are looking for rental properties in the town.
