Brett & team brokerage were nothing short of spectacular! My in-laws estate was in probate for what seems like forever until Brett got involved. Once that happened& we listed the house, we had maybe 10-15 showings & we had a contract on it within 7 days!! He had previously sold our house in 2019 when he was with another company. He did a fantastic job then as well!! Sandy, Brooklyn were all superior made the process so easy!

She helped us with the closing and even called our lawyer to help get the right paperwork, after the case had been dropped. Brett did a great job helping us understand the process and how their brokerage could help. There were a lot of questions and tasks during this process, but the staff (primarily Sandy McCain) helped to address any questions or concerns. Selling a home can be overwhelming sometimes and there can be some pit-falls, but I always felt like the staff had my best interest supported. Sandy McCain went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and even confirmed the details from their own staff.
