the management team here is amazing and very understanding, I have been here 3 years and I love it!!! if I need anything fixed or worked one, they definitely show up within a day no more than 2. I have been happy since day one and wouldn’t change a thing!!

I’m a current resident, have been living here for about a year and a half. When I signed the lease, the first few months were awful. Maintenance never did anything, requests weren’t being fulfilled. However, a few months ago, we got a new property manager. Since then, everything I have needed help with has been fixed within days. My fridge wasn’t sealed correctly. I mentioned it in passing, and they brought me a new one! It’s been really nice, and I will continue to stay here for the next few years

This place is the absolute worst place I've dealt with for leasing somewhere to live!!!! I haven't seen maintenance the entire time I've lived here, over a year, even after the apt above mine had their hot water heater exploded and flood the entire Apt. The water was gushing down behind my walls and started coming through the ceiling. When I called emergency maintenance and they finally showed up to my apartment he went upstairs and turned the hot water heater off and came back and told me to " Just stay out of this part of the apartment" because I told him it sounded like my ceiling was about to fall in. Since this happened about 3 or 4 months ago, No one has come to clean up the water, clean up the, now horrible MOLD, grown in my kitchen light fixture and growing on my ceiling and down

Been living here close to a year and anxiously waiting to move! They have you paying for a pool that is filthy and inaccessible year round, a gym where nothing works properly, trash valet that never picks up trash on scheduled days. Its awesome they do have multiple dog parks and are dog friendly but with that comes mounds of dog poop scattered throughout the apartments that never gets picked up! Trash litters the apartment parking lot constantly. Its a headache trying to get anything fixed and that's if you're able to get someone to answer the phone! This place is horrible!! Simple things can be done to make tbese apts so much better but it seems they just dont care and that's disappointing because i had such high hopes when lease signing. Lived here for a year and had no problems till the last month I was there. Overall price is high for the apartment itself but you’re getting great location. They consider this “ luxury apartments” but it’s very basic. When I went to move out I followed every step I was given including painting the walls and cleaning the carpets. I had one the maintenance members walked the apartment before I moved out and he said the apartment was so clean that he wondered if I even lived there. The apartment wouldn’t give back my security deposit and Ignores any emails regarding the security deposit. If you read great reviews about this place it’s because they give away prizes and sporting event tickets to people that write great reviews.
