I am only 24 and with this being my second apartment here are a few things that needs to be fixed/addressed. I stayed here for a year and this place is not perfect but they have major things to work on. - The staff can be very rude at times which is unacceptable and they don't treat people fairly like they should. They seem to take a dispute or disagreement as complaining or attitude when I wanted clarification. - Reading the fine print is necessary, Though having no security deposit sounds great in the beginning, It hurts more in the end after you realize that you pay more or almost double that over your time staying there. - Make sure you have a trash can for valet pickup. This place is AWFUL! Do NOT sign a lease here. Go to the Yelp reviews to read the truth about this place! Do not let the low prices on the website fool you. They will tax on about $200-400 of extra fees once you sign the lease. Fees that you pay for are not being done. Like sewage, trash, groundskeeping, and pest control. Water gets shut off at least once a month due to water leakage. This ends up costing you the renter on your water usage bill. They have a roach problem in almost all the units. You're paying for monthly pest control that doesn't come out monthly. All the windows in the units are old and outdated cause high energy bills. As well as the air conditioning units. Trash gets left out and scattered around the dumpster. Bring unwanted bugs and animals. Landscape around the apartm

Truly a disappointing experience. Mediocre at best place, the only outstanding thing about it are the fees upon fees. You’ll pay about 200$ on top of your monthly rent in fees including a “deposit waiver fee” which is money you give the complex that you won’t get back They will still charge you for whatever damages they can at the end of the lease, even if you can prove they were the ones that caused it. If you try and push back on the fees, they retaliate and spin something else against you.

I would only give 1 star because that's the only way to give reviews. ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES. Don't do move in unless you like them as pets. Also, This complex Is NOT in or a part of Las Colinas. They have listed this apartment 2 ways. They are on Story Rd down the street from Brams Ice Cream, NOT Las Colinas. They still owe me a deposit back. So don't expect that back. Don't Don't It!!! Also, Brandt, don't give me that song and dance speech like you wrote in the other reviews about calling your office, because when I was standing IN your office, you still didn't help.

DON’T LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU LOVE COLD SHOWERS. Have been without hot water since November of 2024. I was told there was no water heating issue for the longest time. The complex finally acknowledged the issue March 7th and stated the issue would be fixed that Friday. It has still not been fixed and the complex is not sure when it will be fixed and won’t offer compensation or reimbursement.
