I couldn’t be happier living here! The property managers are absolutely on top of everything — they make sure any issue is handled quickly, easily, and done the right way the first time. They genuinely go above and beyond to learn and remember all of our names, which makes it feel so personal and welcoming. It’s rare to find a place where the management truly cares about the residents, and you can feel it here every day. Highly recommend!

Great apartments! Super nice counters and appliances. We felt at home in the first week of moving in. The property manager James does a great job of creating a respectful atmosphere! We love it!

After many bad experiences of looking at bad properties and dealing with bad property mangers this place was a breath of fresh air. They made the whole process easy no BS and were very understanding when a payment issue came up and had to be delayed by a day. Super sweet people and great service all around

The location of Bradshaw Apartments is ideal because of its relative close proximity to downtown; close enough to quickly get there but far enough away to not have all the noise—especially on the weekends. The tenants are overall good people who are thoroughly screened before their applications are approved before moving in. This is a quiet community with no late night partying. There are a few children living in the units but primarily it is adult tenants. The owner of these apartments does a good job of keeping things updated and maintained, and what is really outstanding is the management team, James and Jenn, who promptly resolve any issues you may have. Problems with appliances are taken care of without delay. If there are any plumbing issues, the manager makes it his priority to res
