The Bradley Daytona

The move in process was seamless!!! I worked directly with Nicole Rainey, but the entire leasing office was phenomenal!! My, 1 bedroom, apartment is beautiful and spacious. The complex is gorgeous and offers a ton of amenities. When you are a resident, or looking to become a resident, you are immediately welcomed as family. That includes every employee of the property. Especially the maintenance team. As someone new to the state I didn’t have any delay of feeling right at home. 1000/10!!!!!

I moved in with the help of Ashley but also have worked with Nicole since moving in and everyone I’ve worked with has been fantastic honestly. I knew from the showing that I wanted to move in here. I’m having issues with packages not being delivered because it’s a new construction (not the apartments fault at all) and they have helped me so much with anything I’ve called. I’m extremely happy to be living here and the area is so nice.

This apartment has so many great perks! If you love waking up at 6am to a SWAT raid going on this is a great place to live! Also, if you don’t pick up after your dog you will fit right in! You have to watch where you step in the grass throughout the entire apartment complex so you don’t step in poop. Management refuses to do anything about it.

Ashley at The Bradley Daytona was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my experience special. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, answered every question with patience, and made me feel completely welcomed and valued. Her professionalism paired with her kindness truly stood out and made my stay unforgettable. Ashley is a true asset to The Bradley, and I can’t wait to come back because of her exceptional service.

I worked with Ashley with getting leased up and moved in. We did have a hiccup on love-in day, but it was quickly rectified. During my walk-through I noticed that some things that needed to be addressed and maintenance responded promptly. So far, my experience has been positive.
