The Boulevard

Definitely would recommend! I have lived on property for about 5 years now. I really love that it’s a smaller complex and is very quiet! Prices are very affordable. Close to so many things including several colleges and other schools. Have rarely ever had any maintenance problems and when we did they got fixed quickly! Has a lovely little pool and grills providing the perfect community environment!

I enjoyed living here. Neighbors tend to keep to themselves; they're all friendly, quiet and respectful. Maintenance does a good job keeping the grass and pool clean. If I had urgent issues (only a couple of times), maintenance addressed them quickly. If maintenance had too much on their plate, Mahnaz (the landlord) would come and fix the issues herself. Parking was easy, too: there's a front and back lot, but I never had a hard time finding a spot in front. For the price you pay, the apartments are in good shape. The biggest issue I had was a small gap in the wall, which Mahnaz sealed the next day. Other issues (if any) were minor. I never had a bug or mold problem. Mahnaz is probably the ideal landlord. She's honest, approachable, responsive, and willing to work with you. You can tell

This is a small apartment community. The unit I toured did not have central air but did have a window unit in the bedroom. This would be ideal for students as it is also reasonably priced.

I came to The Boulevard in need of a short term lease, they kindly agreed to a 6 month lease. Inspite of a rocky start with multiple maintenance issues they were actually very good at responding and working to get things done. For the most part I had no real issues, until it was time to move out. All of a sudden, management treats the departing tenant as a fugitive, which leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Being willing to work with and sort out their grievances, they still refuse to handle things professionally. I am not sure if this happens regularly but I hope other tenants have a more positive experience when their lease runs up. Wishing the best to the management team.

I am a resident at the "sister" apartment complex and am able to use the pool at The Boulevard. There's usually no people around and better yet, no kids!
