We have been living at the BLVD for three months. In that time we have come to love the community fostered by the management. Randy and his team run community events that people actually show up to, and we have met several of our neighbors. We have lived at quite a few apartment complexes previously where we never new anyone's names! They clearly care about the community and are responsive to suggestions and requests. We experienced that care recently when we had to leave the country unexpectedly for a family member's funeral. Randy, the building manager, volunteered to cat sit for us. This was an enormous relief as it allowed us to focus on grieving and making travel arrangements rather than scrambling for a pet sitter. Just renewed my lease and honestly I couldn’t be happier. Everyone is so nice and kind. Kaitlyn is the sweetest! She is the one that showed us the apartment and she is always super down to help and chat with you. The cleaning service man is the sweetest man ever. Honestly this building has the best workers and service I have seen. The management is magnificent. They take care of everything! From something that needed to get fixed to events, gardening, truly EVERYTHING. They created a community and 99% of the people in the building are super pleasant. Don’t schedule tours, you are going to be ignored. Don’t waste your time. There is not anyone in the office to do the scheduled and confirmed tour for me. I’ve spent my time on the trip to here and canceled my other plans just to come to this beautiful building and rest in the lobby. Shame on the leasing office! This is unbelievable and unacceptable!! ……

My wife and I had a fabulous experience living at The BLVD. The team is top notch. The Property Manager, Randy, is always working to make the community a better place and goes the extra mile to help you. He even set up a building softball team, which was a lot of fun and really made it feel like a community. The Service Manager, Mike, has always been extremely helpful and responsive to any issues and always follows up to make sure things are taken care of. Kaitlyn in the leasing office is always there to help with any questions or needs and is very professional. The building is the cleanest building I’ve ever lived in, which speaks to the skills of the custodial staff. I have had an amazing experience living here. From the very beginning when visiting for a tour, Kaitlyn, the leasing agent, was so helpful, friendly, and genuine. Even after I signed the lease, Kaitlyn continued to answer any questions I had and remembered personal details about me that made me feel I was not 'just another tenant'. Randy, the property manager, is also very responsive and ensures at all times his tenants are happy. He works very hard to make sure your concerns are heard and that the apartment complex is spotless!
