DO NOT SIGN HERE. MOLD!!!!!!! BLACK MOLD!!!!!! Dangerous levels of mold in the air, visible mold on walls, so much mold that it settles on your furniture. Whole place will smell musty even with 3 air purifiers and air fresheners running. You can smell whatever your neighbor is having for dinner and hear every conversation they have. Bug problems on every single floor. You will not be able to park on site on game days and the parking guy they have will berate you and any guests you bring. Management refuses to actually address mold, they just paint over it and offer to terminate your lease. There was an armed robbery outside last month. One of the trash bins wasnt taken out for 2 months, there were raccoons on the property. Only 3 washers/ dryers for the entire unit. Zero amenities. All of

This is the worst apartment I've ever lived in. I've since moved out, but not before my health actually suffered from the stress living here caused. The unit was filthy when I moved in and had the worst roach infestation I'd ever witnessed. The walls were paper thin and my downstairs neighbor would bang on the ceiling frequently and aggressively if I so much as dropped a pencil on the ground, leaving me constantly anxious. There were a multitude of maintenance issues including a leaking pipe, a leaking toilet, a leaking ceiling (seeing a theme yet? I could not get the MUSTY SMELL out of my apartment no matter what I did). Decrepid. plenty of roaches, maintenance issues like leaks and appliances breaking, trash all over the parking lot and walkways. Walls are thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Only good thing is the location. Not worth the rent amount
