The Bluffs Apartments

Gave 2 stars cuz the only decent thing about this place are the neighbors. All the buildings are infested with bed bugs! Why pay $1200+ to live with bed bugs!!??

I've lived here for 6 yrs. There are lots of druggies around but the neighbors I know are nice. Matience man is nice and fixes things very fast.. I would like to move into another apt with washer and dryer in unit but same management as they seem nice 😄

Renting from Cascade Management is rediculous. These people are like playing monopoly with a 5 year old— once you start winning they throw a tantrum and change the rules. Horrible electrical issues, health code violations, and when you put in a maintenance request they will never do anything. And all for the price of rent increasing $60 per year! If you enjoy renting from a slumlord who will Do anything in their power to keep your deposit— then apply today! Another great feature about this place is you will never need a cable subscription— free “Cops” episodes live in the parking lot!

Horrible place. Infested with bed bugs every winter as they are in the walls. Management is constantly being replaced due to thiefs and liars. They will "lose" paperwork of yours to lie and evict you. Lived here 6 yrs and it's been hell!!! Doing everything in my power to move out.

New management is slow to act on things. To many drug attics. Some good neighbors. -1 bedroom is about 580sq feet. None of the amenities are open. On the plus side your right across the street from the swim center and close to hope park.
