The clubhouse is insane! Fitness Center, fireplace and outdoor pool! The location is so close to downtown Petoskey and the apartments are beautiful. Definitely the best place to live in Petoskey. P.S. Marnie is awesome 😊

Leasing agent was rude and difficult to work with and ultimately ended up ghosting me after I offered to pay 6 months rent in full. Advertised rent on website was $1170, when I went to look in person was told it was $1350.
