Bear Creek Meadows Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living at Bear Creek Meadows! The property is well-maintained, quiet, and feels like a real community. Megan and Robert are both incredibly professional and genuinely care about the residents. They’re responsive, approachable, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The maintenance team — Brian and Hobie — are just as amazing. They’re quick to respond to requests, do quality work, and always have a friendly attitude. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the property in great shape.

Our heat went out and Brian called extremely fast. He came and fixed the problem super quickly too, which was such a relief with the weather expected to be below zero. He and Hobie and the office team have been amazing with all our concerns. We’ve been living here 2 years and would recommend it to anyone based on our experience.

Bear Creek is a fantastic place to live. It's well maintained, quiet, and Brian and Hobie are always fast to respond if we ever need maintenance help. Move-in was easy and the communication from Megan and Robert is always prompt and thorough. We are happy to call Bear Creek Meadows Apartments home!

I have lived. Here since 2019 and have always been happy with the service as well as the caring staff. Hobie and Brian area always happy to take care of any issues quickly and Meghan and Robert area always very responsive and ready to help :)

I've lived for 70 years and these are the most caring people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Maintenance is beyond reproach and office staff have become what I consider friends. They are very strict about confidentiality and yes, rent is high but not as high as a lot of others for the services we need
