The Beverly on 5th Apartments

Pretty solid place, had some water issues but they fixed that pretty quickly. Neighbors aren’t too noisy and there is always parking available. For the price and amenities I would recommend.

This place rocks. Very beautiful 2 bedroom. Large living room dining room open concept. Beautiful spacious kitchen with storage and stainless steel. Looong hallway separates bedrooms and living space. I’m a collector and I have tons of stuff and it all fit perfectly. They work on maintenance right away and if it doesn’t work fast they find the fastest solutions. Thank you guys I love it here.

From the time we moved into this apartment complex, last year to present date, there have been ongoing issues. There is constantly an issue with water pipes breaking and leads to no water or no hot water for days. The apartment was handed over to us filthy! No sort of agreement to compensate us for our cost to clean ourselves. The corporate offices are so non responsive, it's been a nightmare! I would not recommend this complex to anyone!

they never answer i have been leaving voicemails just trying lease and they have it posted on zillow that they have units available but yet cant answer the phone and not to mention their online website and on google says they are open monday-friday yet their answering machine says they are only open ever other day poor management and not proffesional at all

THEY DONT FIX YOUR AC AND MAKE YOU STAY IN THE HEAT OR WASTE YOUR OWN MONEY FOR A HOTEL EVEN IF YOU HAVE KIDS AND FOOD THAT CAN GO BAD. EVEN IN THESE HARD TIMES!!!
