The Benedictine Townhomes

Living at Benedictine Townhomes has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had when it comes to management. Throughout my time here, dealing with the property manager, Mirra, has been incredibly difficult. In my personal experience, she showed little concern for resident issues, and anytime I asked for help, it felt like I was being treated as if she was doing me a favor rather than actually doing her job. Communication always felt dismissive and unprofessional. On the other hand, Crystal has been absolutely amazing. She’s professional, kind, and genuinely cares about residents. Every time I’ve dealt with her, she listened, responded promptly, and treated my concerns with respect. Honestly, I wish Crystal was the one managing the property—things would feel totally different. O

Great property for students to rent a room - amazing homes with amazing amenities. The pool and the fitness rooms are lavish!
