The Belmont

I recently moved into The Belmont and have had no complaints whatsoever. The apartment itself is updated and spacious, leaving plenty of room for me and my two cats. Maintenance has been accessible and the guys always try to help when help is needed. In regards to moving in, James was a huge help with the move-in process. He communicated everything properly and made the move-in transition very smooth. This apartment is a huge step-up from my last and I appreciate the leasing office being so kind during such stressful times. As someone who is still in college, trying to navigate the life of adulting, I would recommend this property. Although I haven't tested out the amenities, I am excited to live here and see what the area has to offer.

Mr. James was very patient and humble with me when it came to doing my application and lease. He's a very great guy and very respectful I really appreciated the time he gave me when it came down to everything in the end. Mr. James is very energetic and answered my all questions with all his knowledge. I came to office at 5.15 p.m and he waited for me till 6.30 p.m which is really great thing. I never see the people wait for anyone for such long time. Appreciate Mr.James support and help during entire lease agreement application. Keep you doing great job James.

I’ve been here for about two years now, and tbh it’s been pretty mid. I’ve asked for maintenance to fix my ice maker in my freezer for the longest time, and they still haven’t done it. Other tenants here, like to lock the gym doors so you can’t use it only they can. People don’t pick up their dogs waste, so you have to look down at where you’re stepping. You make complaints, and management will ask you if you know who it is or what their names are…how am I supposed to know. So if you don’t provide them with a name, they don’t do anything about it. We have a valet who takes the trash (you have to leave your trash can by your door) and other tenants like to leave their trash in mine. The apartments are nice and the team here is even nicer. Jessica, Heather and James (hi James) are super helpful at answering any and all of the many questions I have had. This is my first apartment and to have a team so very helpful is amazing.

Service was 100/10! Even though I wasn’t in town, the whole rental process was super easy and smooth. Everything was handled professionally and communication was excellent. Very thankful to James for all his help he made everything so simple!
