On January 31, 2026, I attempted to move into a unit at this apartment community after my move-in date had already been delayed by two weeks. Upon arrival, the unit was found to be in an unacceptable and unsanitary condition, raising significant concerns about property management practices, quality control, and resident experience. The unit was visibly filled with dead roaches and other insects throughout the living space. When asked whether the unit had been cleaned and inspected prior to move-in, the leasing specialist confirmed “yes.” However, a note left on the kitchen counter stated that the apartment had been sprayed for pests on December 15, indicating that the unit had not been entered, cleaned, or re-inspected for over six weeks. A young lady in the front office by the name of Leslie Guardado helped me & my family in a very professional and personal way by giving detailed info as well as genuine interest in our apartment situation. We thank her and the rest of The Belmont staff for helping us to take care of business in a timely manner with grace. We did not ask her to but she did most of the research for us while being accurate and efficient while in a fast pace. Renewing a lease never felt easier and considerate like this before. Thanks!!!🎉

Living here came with unexpected challenges. The prorated rent was consistently inflated by approximately $300 for unexplained "water" fees. Despite running the AC constantly, the apartment was often uncomfortably hot. For those with respiratory sensitivities or migraines, be aware that cigarette and marijuana odors are prevalent. Additionally, the promised "spring" maintenance was never performed, and essential safety checks were neglected – my smoke alarm lacked a battery. Moreover, they removed my last name from the mailbox well before I moved out, leading to missed important mail. Justin from maintaince is my hero!!!! Everytime I've called for anything, he immediately fixes any issue I've had!!!!! He is always so professional and very sweet and friendly!!!! Outstanding service!!!! When the Belmont hired Justin, that was literally the BEST decision they could have ever made for their company. He always calls to confirm any request I have and he comes to help ASAP!!!! I wish I could give the company 10 stars solely on Justin's performance alone!!!!
