The Beach House Apartments

I moved into the Beach House in May 2025 and love it! I feel very safe, the resident events have been fun, and my unit is AMAZING! Upon first moving in I had maintenance requests and they were completed very quickly and they made sure to work with my dog who gets scared with unknown people entering. In addition, the pet disposable stations are always stocked and regularly emptied. Blake and Sav in the leasing office are very sweet and amazing at their job! Could not recommend enough especially with the location! :)

I recently moved into a unit at the Beach House and the team here has been exceptional - from the leasing and property management team to the maintenance and repairs team, they have really done their best to make my experience positive and take care of any issues or maintenance requests swiftly and professionally. My move in was smooth, the apartment is a gem, and when I had an issue with my dryer right before the holidays, they took care of it and replaced the unit when it was clear it couldn't be easily fixed. I love how clean and tidy the property is kept, and I feel lucky to have chosen to live here.

Exceptional experience working with Maya! Maya was my leading consultant throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to help me secure a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment. She was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and truly made the experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her clients really set her apart. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and highly recommend working with Maya to anyone looking for a new place. If you had been more responsive between the date of September 4th when I informed you that $6,648 was auto-charged to my online pay account (after being told on September 2nd in an Email from the Beach House I owed $2,162 - my true rent amount) and September 9th, there would not be a reason to call. However, unfortunately it seems it was too late to call when you responded to my review above. My apartment was flooded due to a pipe bursting and have not received any communication from maintenance or management since the original call. I have been out of town and came home to an absolute disaster with no heads up or support. I have been a resident at beach house since 2021 and am extremely displeased with the handling of this situation.
