My experience with Sweet Tea Realty is nothing but exceptional. I use them for listing properties on the MLS, specifically their flat-fee listing service. They are very easy to work with, extremely professional and have great customer service. There are less expensive alternatives out there, but what you get in service with Sweet Tea is well worth their fee. I would not hesitate to use Sweet Tea in the future or to recommend them to anyone.

We hired Sweet Tea Realty using their flat fee service. They are also a full service broker but we opted for the flat fee. I liked the fact that they had professional signage and lock boxes available to us if needed. They were also responsive to any questions that we had throughout the transaction. It really paid off for us, as soon as our listing hit the MLS we had numerous requests for showings and ended up with multiple offers. We recently completed our transaction and highly recommend Sweet Tea Realty.
