As first time homebuyers using the VA loan Tim made the process so easy, taught us everything we needed to know, and felt like an advisor instead of someone trying to make a quick paycheck. He worked with our schedules without fail, responding to us after 9 or 10pm with any question we had. He truly lives for helping people!
