I’m extremely disappointed with the behavior and lack of professionalism shown by the apartment manager at this property. Everyone I’ve spoken to , including fellow residents and even her own coworkers , has shared the same sentiment: she consistently talks to people in a condescending tone, as if they’re children. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially from someone in a position of management. What’s worse is that Martha, the supervisor, is fully aware of this ongoing issue and has done absolutely nothing to address it. It’s incredibly frustrating that repeated reports, including those to corporate and LAHD , have not led to any real action or accountability.
