The Averly at Flowers

We moved in under the old ownership and we loved the property and amenities. Great neighborhood and lots of great restaurants and stores nearby. Walking to Publix everyday was great for us. When the property transitioned to The Avery at Flowers, we were unsure what to expect. The new community manager, Amanda, and the new maintenance director, Randy, are both awesome! They were very attentive to us as tenants and were very friendly. Had our family not purchased as house, we would still be living here.

I cannot say enough great things about Averly at Flowers! From day one, the current management company has been outstanding—professional, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to resident satisfaction. Their communication is quick, efficient, and consistent, which makes a world of difference. A huge shout-out to Chris in maintenance—he is absolutely amazing! Any maintenance request is handled promptly and thoroughly, and you can tell he truly takes pride in his work. When it comes to management, Amanda is fantastic. She is almost always available, takes the time to listen to concerns, and addresses them quickly and effortlessly. I moved here in March when it was still Ardmore and loved how everything went.. however I was completely unaware of things being transitioning over to what is now called The Averly. Since the new change in the short time that I have been here, it has gone completely downhill. The yard maintenance is horrible! As you can see in the pictures, the lake used to be something I’d enjoy walking my dog on the path and enjoy the lake.. but now, it is grown up and you have no clue if a snake is burrow in that grass, making it extremely uncomfortable to have my dog over in that area.. my neighbor has reported the dead bush inbetween our apartments but it’s still there! The old company would use the leaf blower to blow the grass off our patios after cutting grass but that’s a thing of the pass.. apar

Randy does a great job taking care of the community. He is professional, responsive, and always willing to help when maintenance issues come up. Repairs are handled in a timely manner, and he makes sure things are done right the first time. Randy clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows in how well the property is maintained. I appreciate his reliability and positive attitude and feel confident knowing he oversees maintenance for the community.

Chris is spectacular! He is incredibly kind, very sociable, and always respectful. Whenever I see him around the property he always has a smile. The times that he has come to our home to repair a maintenance issue, he has always been professional and thorough. One Sunday night, I put a maintenance request in for my dryer that wasn't working. Not expecting anyone to come until Monday (since it was a non emergency) Chris came anyway. They didn't have the part, but Chris swapped out my dryer for another one. In all of my interactions with Chris he has always gone out of his way to make me feel like I am truly home at Averly. Thank you, Chris for all that you do! As far as the apartments, they are very spacious and the location is perfect!
