This is going to be the review I wish I read before buying from century. Everything is nice until they get you in the home. Once you are in there and you realize how bad the quality of their build is it’s too late and they will fight you on everything. They drew NSFW images on my neighbors floor and refused to fix it for a while once the images started bleeding through. I still have symbols coming through my floors, they cut my carpet and created a tripping hazard on it. Then once you do decide to escalate the issue you will have the pleasure of talking to Carl. Honestly I don’t think he actually gets anything done. Instead he just argues with you and goes on and on about how he’s the president and you should respect him when all you are asking is for them to fix the issues they created. D
There are so many home builders in this area! It’s growing really fast! But we loved Century’s homes the most because they are nestled safely in the back area of the large master plan community further from the highway. They are also slightly elevated from the rest of the new home construction so you can see the mountains! There are tons of community amenities just a few blocks away. But in one of Century’s homes you will have some privacy while also enjoying the quiet tranquility and panoramic Mountain View’s right outside your door. It’s the best location in the whole community by far!!! Visit Century Communities at The Aurora Highlands!!! You’ll be so glad you made the trip!
