The Aspen Apartments

Absolute worse place to live! since day one we were set to move into a 2b/2b apartment on the second floor, we toured it and everything. The day before we were supposed to move in, the STAIRS COLLAPSED. that should’ve been my first red flag. they claim it was cause someone drove their car into them but everyone knew that wasn’t why. The only other apartment available was downstairs and they put us in that one without telling us that we’d be charged an extra fee for living on the first floor. The ladies in the office will play nice with you until you come to them with a an issue that inconveniences them. I’m sure tonya and leah are only doing what they’re told by nesha because when she’s not around they’re pleasant. I was left with no AC on the summer. NO HEATING IN THE WINTER FOR THREE MON

I have lived here for 3 weeks. Day 1 of living here some magic way my windshield on my car was cracked. During week 3 my motorcycle was stolen from in front of my door! Made police report. Another motorcycle from this complex was also stolen the same night and a car was broken into that same night. I inquired about getting out of my 6 month lease. Only to be told there is a reletting fee of $975 plus I must continue to pay my full rent for the next 5 months and that I am not able to get out of my lease, but am able to move out if i keep paying. My move in process was HELLL, not a single thing was explained to me and had tons of fees and hoops to jump through. My apartment was “renovated” see pictures below. 0/5 stars.

Toured these apartments today, they're super nice and kept on the inside. The woman who cleans out apartments is super sweet and so is everyone in the office! The clubhouse is gorgeous and the fitness room is well maintained. A lot of the people who live at these apartments are super friendly too, I got to talk to a few of them! I would definitely recommend looking into these apartments and getting to know some of the tenants, even the staff!

Terrible apartments. The ladies in the office are rude. Maintenance goes into your unit for no reason just for fun and to snoop around I guess. Because none of the problems that orders have been put in for have been fixed or even looked at. Fees are added every month and no one can explain or tell you where they came from?

The housekeeper Lanette is amazing. She is the sweetest person I've ever came across. The maintenance there is great as well, they always do a good job of making sure trash is cleaned up. Lanette makes sure stuff gets done. She leaves everything cleaned up. She's really helpful. I love how she gets everything done. Nesha in the office has been super helpful with any issue I've ever had. She is always very attentive to my needs when I have a problem. I just love her. Maintenance has always been quick to resolve issues that I've had as well.
