The apartment complex is not only budget-friendly but also incredibly easy to navigate, especially for someone new to renting. One of the standout features for me was the property management team. Since moving into campus point I have never had a bad experience here and all of the staff at the front office are super friendly and always take your concerns seriously for any incident that happens. Also the people that live here are friendly aswell i've made tons of friends with other residents being here and any time i have a problem the maintenance team is always there to fix it same day, so overall as this is my first experience living on my own i cant complain at all and i hope others feel the same as me while they are living here!

I wish I had took the reviews seriously before I moved in!!! There’s a reason why there’s so many 1 star reviews. Absolutely do not live here. If you don’t get an upgraded unit the appliances are trash, furniture is awful, and the carpet is disgusting. They do inspections and can’t give you a day and time that they’ll be there, just tell you what week and show up whenever. The last few months I lived there they stopped sending me any emails so I wasn’t aware of an inspection. Maintenance never actually fixes things first time around so you have to make them come back again. My ac went out 2 years in a row (in the middle of July) and they let you use one sad window unit, then try to charge you for going over utilities!! If I could put 0 stars I would. I hope this is helpful to anyone reading this. The only reason this place has 5 stars is because they offer incentives to their residents to leave a review. I was only living here for 5 months. In those 5 months I never had a positive experience. 1) For one the lease states we need to have our dogs on leashes. It’s also a law within city limits. The rule isn’t followed. My dogs were attacked by another who wasn’t on a leash like it should’ve been. The apartment offered no help. 2) I turned in a cashier check for my rent and they had lost my check for 2 days! And tried to say I never turned it in. The issue was eventually resolved. 3) randomly closing down amenities for a month “due to other tenants not using it appropriately” but we are still forced to pay

I’ve lived here for 2 years and can’t say enough good things. The staff are always so helpful and attentive, welcoming and friendly, and the living atmosphere overall is just wonderful. I ESPECIALLY can’t say enough positive things about Cassidy in the office! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
