Very disappointed. The staff is good, Tony and the Maintenance guy are so friendly but the apartment page show an apartment renovated and is not. The kitchen and the bathrooms are very old. My kids and I were sick every other week since I moved here. And don't talk about the dish washer, I had never use it because it was dirty and very very old since I moved. We are paying so much money and is not worth it. I can't wait to move out.

Rent increased $300 during my stay. No renovations made to the apartment. Dish washer started smoking when turned on, AC went out, old washer and dryer, unknown particles came from guest bathroom faucet. Mold in bathroom

5 stars isn’t enough for this place!! Truly the best experience I’ve had when it comes to apartment rentals. The entire staff from Daphne, John, Bre, and Ashley all go above and beyond to meet your needs. I have lived in the Aria Apartments twice and Daphne made it so easy and smooth to move in each time. The only reason I moved out the first time was because I was deploying. As I left I let Daphne know I would be returning when I got back. She kept in touch with me and I was able to move back to an apartment the day I returned. John is always quick and so helpful when it comes to any issues within the unit and community. From the first contact with Daphne to my very last day the experience was professional and very delightful. Daphne and the team were very easy to get in contact with and handled everything in a timely manner. John was very knowledgeable and assisted with a quick response every time. The complex was clean and quiet and the apartments were spacious. Great place to live!!

My son who is in the militarily was lucky to live here for about a year. Location was perfect. Apartment and facilities were great. The workout room and pool area are beautiful, but that staff is absolutly amazing. My son got relocated and by accident I mailed a package to his address here. I immediately reached out to Daphne, who responded to me in record time and was so kind and reassuring that we would find the package. Sure enough in a few hours Daphne was able to find my son's package. Even though it was totally my fault, she put comfort in the sitation and went above and beyond. I highly recommend this apartment complex not only for location, the fact that it is well maintained but also for the friendly staff. Thank you Daphne!!!
