Moving in next week! Love the apartment. It is very clean and well kept and Brandon and Audrey have been a big help. I had one request for a screen for our door and Brandon already says he's on it! **Update** I have been here for a week and it is so quiet! I absolutely love it. Small issues I have had have been taken care of super quickly. ☆Second and last update. I absolutely love it here. I've been here three months now. It is peaceful and maintenance comes at the latest the next day. I don't think I will be leaving any time soon. ☆

I have had an exceptional experience working with Teshia Fields, Community Manager at The Arbors. After living in InTown Suites for over 10 months, I was ready for a fresh start, but I struggled getting approved for an apartment due to my credit score. I had lost money on application fees before and was starting to feel discouraged. That was not my experience with Teshia. She went above and beyond to help me through the process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, worked with me, and helped me get approved without making me feel judged or hopeless. From the first conversation to the final approval, her professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness stood out. She truly cares about people, not just paperwork. I was a resident there for six years. I would highly recommend this living space. There were times I had to look out my balcony for awhile to be sure there were people still residing there. When the trees fill up with leaves in the spring and shade your balcony it’s absolutely lovely. If I had issues of any kind I put in my ticket and maintenance came. The only hiccup was when they were transitioning to the current maintenance team and they had so many orders to fill, which is to be expected. But they fixed the issue and got the job done. Which brings me to Ms. Teshia who is currently the office manager. I went in to give an update on my moving date and encountered an angel in disguise. I had no idea I would be sitting there crying my eyes out(not what I do) but that is the level of comfor

Management has been great, did have some issues earlier with the management change that happened but TESHIA is wonderful person who have followed up on all the request that was submitted before she took over and have solved and solving all of them and following up before and after the work order is completed, I would love to have her and continue being our new apartment manager and coordinator. Thanks Teshia once again for all your help and making me feel comfortable to resolve all my queries.

I have been interested in this place for a little over a month. I toured it and it was great. Complex seemed clean, staff was nice, nice amenities. Then I tried to call back to ask questions and they didn’t answer the phone for 2 weeks. It got to the point where I even emailed them 2 days ago and they never got back to me. They just had a management change and it seems like it’s going downhill fast. Don’t recommend at all. Can’t imagine if you ever needed maintenance and had to reach out to staff.
