Renters beware: My husband and I have rented from several different companies in Atlanta with great experiences, but truly would advise that any potential renters looking at a property managed by RE Global to avoid them at all costs. We had several foundational problems (plumbing and structure) at the house we rented from RE Global — they responded by hiring unlicensed plumbers, never coordinating with more than an hours notice of arrival (breaking their own lease terms), and blaming us for issues that were documented upon initial inspection. It became a near weekly occurrence to have a repair person at the house for the first 3 months we lived there, requiring a lot of time off work for us to let them in — no one from RE Global was ever available to be present or let the repair people in

When buying a home I highly recommend Residential Enhancements. They take the time to patiently assist you with finding the home that you desire. They helped us find our dream home. Looking for a home is very time consuming but the experience was for sure enjoyable and easy for us because of the patience they had with making sure we found exactly what we wanted. They were quick to respond and will do anything to help. Their customer service is above the BEST! We highly recommend the Residential Enhancements Team!
